Wedding Photography & Cinematography Service Agreement
Executed on 06 September 2026 at Kolkata, West Bengal
BY AND BETWEEN: Royal Moments Photography, represented by Rajib Karmakar (Founder), having its principal place of business at Kolkata, West Bengal (hereinafter referred to as the "Studio / Photographer", which expression shall include its successors and assigns) of the FIRST PART;
AND: Rahul Roy & Priyanka Sen, residing at Kolkata, India, Contact: +91 99335 57706 (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") of the SECOND PART.
Both parties collectively referred to as "Parties" and individually as "Party".

Agreed Commercials:
Total Agreed Package: ₹1,45,000
Advance Token Paid: ₹30,000
Event Day Payment: ₹85,000
Delivery Balance Due: ₹30,000
Scope of Deliverables:
Terms & Conditions of Service:
A non-refundable booking retainer of ₹30,000 is paid upon signing to reserve the dates. The event day tranche of ₹85,000 must be cleared on or before the conclusion of the event functions. The final balance of ₹30,000 must be settled prior to the printing/dispatch of physical albums.
The Studio retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all raw footage and untouched camera capture files (RAW/LOG). Deliverables include only processed high-resolution color-graded JPEGs and edited video masters. Unedited RAW files are not part of standard deliverables and shall not be released unless mutually agreed upon in writing with an additional archiving/storage fee.
The Studio will deliver proofing galleries via the Pixelect Online Platform. The Client agrees to complete the photo selection for album layout within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the gallery link. The Studio guarantees cloud backup and local raw data storage for a maximum period of 6 (six) months from the event date, after which the Studio shall not be held liable for unselected photo archives.
Online selection gallery will be ready within 15–20 working days. Cinematic video teasers will be delivered within 25 working days. Physical flushmount photo albums will be dispatched within 25–30 working days from the date of final digital layout sign-off by the Client.
For all active shoot days exceeding 5 hours, the Client agrees to provide standard hot meals and drinking water for the operating crew. For outstation shoots beyond local studio radius, round-trip travel tickets and clean, secure AC hotel accommodation for the entire team shall be borne by the Client.
In the event of event cancellation by the Client, the initial booking retainer is non-refundable. Postponements will be accommodated subject to calendar availability. In the unforeseen event of equipment failure, medical emergency, or Act of God, the Studio's liability is strictly limited to the refund of monies paid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the day, month, and year first written above.
