Welcome to PixElect.in (hereafter referred to as "PixElect", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you ("client", "user", or "visitor", "Photographers") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

💼 1. Eligibility

To use PixElect services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement. Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a legal guardian.

📷 2. Our Services

PixElect.in offers services such as:

• Online photo selection portals for Photographers
• Secure album/video preview links
• Photo sharing, limited-time storing and downloads
• Personalized gallery systems admin dashboard & client access via link
• Communication through WhatsApp/Email/SMS
• Access to custom tools and features for event media delivery

🔐 3. Account & Data Responsibility

Clients/admins are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. PixElect is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence or password sharing.

Users must ensure that uploaded photos do not violate copyright laws or contain offensive content.

🕒 4. Access Duration & Expiry

Photo selection links remain active for 60 days after delivery.

Photos are stored on our system for a maximum of 150 days from the day its uploaded.

Any services (like photo upload / download selection / see projects / manage photos) are valid only during your subscription or active plan.

Post-expiry, selections may not be retrievable unless explicitly extended.

💰 5. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments must be made via the methods mentioned on our website or shared by our official team.

No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or time-based subscriptions.

Premium features (such as unlimited uploads*, Unlimited Project*, client branding, etc.) are available under specific plans.

*Unlimited Photos under Fair Use Policy: User/admin can Upload at max 15000 photos or Create 12 Projects at once, if User/admin deletes one projects Then he can create another Projects, this is done to project our server to maintain fair use.

⚠️ 6. Limitation of Liability

PixElect is not responsible for:

• Loss of data due to user error, technical failures, or force majeure
• Delays in service due to internet issues or third-party failures
• Misuse of shared links by unauthorized persons

🚫 7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Upload illegal, obscene, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform
• Share login credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the platform for spamming or fraudulent activities

🔄 8. Changes to Terms

PixElect reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or website notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
