Create Your Account

Sign up for Pixelect and choose your subscription plan.

  1. Visit pixelect.in and click "Sign Up"
  2. Enter your name, studio name, email and mobile number
  3. Create a secure password and verify via OTP
  4. Choose a subscription plan and activate your studio

Create a New Project

Once logged in, set up your first photo selection project.

  1. Click "Create New Project" from your dashboard
  2. Enter project details — client name, event date, event type
  3. Set selection limits (how many photos the client can choose)
  4. Configure watermark and branding settings (optional)

Upload Your Photos

Bulk-upload your culled photos directly into the project.

  1. Click "Upload Photos" inside your project
  2. Drag & drop or select multiple images at once
  3. Wait for upload and processing to complete
  4. Optionally organise photos into albums or categories

Share the Selection Link

Generate a unique link and send it to your client via any channel.

  1. Click "Generate Link" in your project
  2. Set password protection if needed (optional)
  3. Copy the unique gallery URL
  4. Share via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS — link stays active for 60 days

Receive & Download Selections

Once your client submits, get the final list instantly.

  1. You get a notification when the client submits
  2. View selected photos in your dashboard with file names
  3. Export selections as a structured list or download as ZIP
  4. Begin editing and deliver the final photos

Access Your Gallery

Your photographer will send you a unique link — no app required!

  1. Click the gallery link received via WhatsApp / Email / SMS
  2. Enter the password if your photographer has set one
  3. The gallery opens directly in your phone or browser

Browse Your Photos

Scroll through your event photos at your own pace.

  1. Scroll through the gallery or navigate by albums
  2. Tap or click any photo to view it in full screen
  3. Use pinch-to-zoom or the zoom controls for detail

Select Your Favourites

Tap the heart on photos you want to keep — as many as your photographer allows.

  1. Tap the ❤️ heart icon on photos you love
  2. Selected photos are highlighted with a coloured border
  3. Your live count shows how many you've selected so far
  4. Tap the heart again to unselect if you change your mind

Submit Your Selection

Once you're happy with your choices, lock in your selection.

  1. Review all your selected photos in the summary view
  2. Make sure you are within the selection limit
  3. Click "Submit Selection" and confirm
  4. Your photographer gets the list instantly — job done! ✅

  • Don't rush — your gallery link is active for 60 days
  • Involve family members to pick together before submitting
