What is Pixelect and how does it help photographers?
Pixelect is a professional photo selection and delivery platform. It eliminates the need for endless WhatsApp chats and Google Drive links. You upload the photos, generate a secure link, and clients simply tap on the photos they want. It even includes bulk RAW-to-JPG converters and a lifetime Album Designer.
What's the difference between the Free Plan and 7-day Free Trial?
Free Plan: Yours forever with basic features — maximum 2 active projects and 1,000 photos per project. No time limit.
7-Day Trial: When you sign up, your account gets 7 days of full Pro features to try everything risk-free. No credit card required. After 7 days, your account reverts to the Free Plan unless upgraded.
Features & Client Experience
Do you support RAW photo uploads?
Absolutely. We support all major RAW formats (CR2, NEF, ARW, etc.). Our lightning-fast servers automatically convert them to web-friendly JPGs on upload, saving you hours of pre-processing time.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients do not need to download apps or create accounts. They simply open the secure, PIN-protected link you send them on their mobile or desktop browser and begin selecting with simple touch gestures.
Can I protect my work with watermarks?
Yes! You can upload your custom studio logo as a watermark. Our system applies it to all preview images natively, with full control over scaling, opacity, and positioning.
Upgrades & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Digital Wallets completely securely via Razorpay.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
You can upgrade or downgrade anytime via the dashboard. If you downgrade, no data is deleted. However, access to projects exceeding your new plan limit may be restricted until you upgrade or make room.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchasing any paid plan, just contact our support directly and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.
